By using UNO No Mercy ("the Game"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Game.

Description

UNO No Mercy is a free, fan-made multiplayer card game available as a Discord Activity. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mattel, Inc. or the official UNO brand.

Usage Rules

• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service while using the Game
• Do not attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the game service
• Do not use automated tools or bots to interact with the Game
• Do not harass other players

Account

The Game uses your Discord identity. You are responsible for your Discord account's security. We do not create separate accounts.

Availability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

UNO is a trademark of Mattel, Inc. This is an independent fan project for educational and entertainment purposes. All original code is open source under the MIT License.

Limitation of Liability

The Game is free and provided for entertainment. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
